What is Habit 4?
Habit 4 is 'Think Win-Win'. This habit asks students to look beyond themselves in a situation and compromise with the people around them. (This one can be tough!) Something we talk about is win-win or no-deal. In other words, our successes should not come at the expense of those around us.
